A coordinator may allocate a run ID before execution and use the same namespaced identity as WeftMark's evidence producer. Sylvae preserves the local run record; WeftMark classifies commit-bound command evidence.

An unavailable backend is not a failed skill. Browser reads are not review decisions, and deliberate human signing is separate from a run outcome.
