01 Sylvae

Start small and explicit

Pick a skill and a small input whose quality you can assess. Name the backend and model rather than relying on someone else's host defaults.

Read the recorded outcome. A missing backend, unavailable budget or denied invocation is not the same as a skill that ran and produced an unsuccessful result.

02 Sylvae

Make correlation deliberate

A coordinator can preallocate Sylvae's canonical 32-character lowercase run ID and use sylvae:run/<id> as WeftMark's evidence producer. Execute the real skill command through WeftMark when you need commit-bound evidence.

Keep the run receipt, engineering evidence and audit chain distinct. They complement each other; none can silently grant approval on behalf of a person.

03 Sylvae

Finish with a human question

Does the result serve the purpose? What was not checked? Who can continue the work? Those questions connect the economical runner to a considerate, accountable workflow.
